Warning!! My son was happy to be able to get a haircut in Stockholm until we ended up here. Horrible experience, the woman who cut ruined her son's hair, it became crooked and uneven, she didn't listen to her son's wishes and drove hers. I had to stop her but it was too late, she had already ruined her hair and a whole evening for my child, who didn't dare to show her hair afterwards. She didn't know much Swedish either, so maybe that's why she didn't understand what we meant. She forced us to pay despite the horrible haircut. We have tried to get in touch with the salon without success so it seems that we have lost the money as well. We had to book the son to a real hairdresser so he could start school after the holidays without being ashamed. Horrible experience, bad treatment, ignorant staff who can't cut . Too bad there is no less than one star to review.
