Underwhelming! I bought tallow and a piece of entrecote yesterday. Their advertisement states that "Then we wrap it in waxed paper with string and lacquered seal and put on a note where we specify the cut, country of origin (here you can find meat from all over the world), breed, age and farm. You'll even know if the animal is grass-fed or carb-raised." None of this was included. The tallow's expiration date had also passed its best-before date, albeit only by a week or so.
