Xulo, which once provided the city's best Birria, has fallen sharply in the past year. The venue has been "modernized" and lost its charm. The staff are disinterested and forgetful, totally forgot about our dishes and were incredibly nonchalant. Tables whose guests knew the staff got dessert while our table got half of the starters (as it was apparently forgotten) even though we arrived at the same time. When it was mentioned that we were missing an appetizer, we were met with a sigh and then never saw a glimpse of the starters again. We had to wait for drinks for 20 minutes after placing the order. Incredibly bad service.
Birrian itself was nowhere near as good as it once was and the menu has been adapted for the worse. Birrian used to come with three tacos included, nowadays it comes with two and the staff at the same time recommends that one portion is considered three, so that you should order another taco for SEK 65 each. We left the restaurant area with a taste of disappointment after experiencing one of the worst dining experiences of our lives. I will never visit this restaurant again, which is such a shame because I really loved Xulo not too long ago, what happened.
