Have visited central park for many years, however, the service over the years has become increasingly worse. My clip card had expired a few days earlier, where the 3-4 clip remained. The date of the card is not revealed but only digital when the blips on arrival. We got on the ground that it had expired a few days earlier, when there were only 6 months of validity and not an entire year as promised on the website! It was basically empty at central Park this Sunday and we were denied the use of clips .... the receptionist message, however, that we could have had the validity period extended if we had approached them a couple of days before, before the card had expired ...
We were very disappointed, and found that about 2000 kroner had been burning inside ... We're never more Central baths. Central Park has lost two regular customers who also used their treatments. We visit nowadays sturebadet, which we have much better experiences.
Furthermore, we also mailed centralbadet in question without receiving a response.
