Made a very large prepaid order at the princess with cakes for 80 people that I did not have time to pick up because I had wrong opening hours. I can of course take on my mistake. However, I think that your way of looking at this is remarkably bad because:
1. is called up the day after and is scolded because I have not downloaded the cakes 2. That you do not call a customer with such a large order before closing is not my view of good customer care and customer service
You have just lost a customer and about 30 more who live on the island and were at the party.
