The strangest restaurant I've ever eaten at. The food is ok, the chefs were nice.
It's probably the third time I'm here, all these times have been strange.
1. A man who I think is the restaurant manager or owner is sitting on a couch checking the phone with his very young waitresses. It's almost like you were disturbing when you wanted a table. Oh well, we got a table anyway, the service was sweet but couldn't recommend any wine... Don't worry, we'll take the house's. Then we don't see anything more of her or any tableware until we go to the couch that the staff gathered at and asked for the bill. The restaurant manager/owner was no longer there, otherwise we would have liked to have a little talk with him. On the way out, one of the girls giggles at my jacket. A little tired, we continue out. 2. We are back in place and want to request a table but are met by a bunch of waitresses on the couch again. We bother them for a table. I get a menu but then I don't see the service again for about 20 minutes. The kitchen came out and took our order, very nice. Maybe something that should be continued with... My boyfriend went to the bathroom and there they are, the tableware, sitting on the couch. Again. No one looks up. Oh well, we've had drinks and the food is on its way. We paid and still had an ok stay, we should thank the kitchen staff for that. 3. The last time we'll ever come by. We are once again greeted by a couple of giggling waitresses on the couch, this time it resembles a kindergarten with flams and mobile phone checks. Let's turn around. Thank you and goodbye, I've graduated from high school a long time ago I don't want to hang out at a restaurant makes me feel like I'm back in a school corridor.
I want to clarify that age is not the issue, we have received excellent service from young stars at other restaurants. And we don't expect any Michelin star service but a hello maybe and a little check if the food tastes good, a question if we want more wine would have helped. Here's just a lack of interest. Let the chefs teach the tableware, perhaps?
