FRAUDULENT hairdresser - do not recommend! Extremely poor treatment and service. Got the wrong hair color, the hairdresser told me that I should book a new appointment at Boka direkt to fix the hair color. They charged at once even though I chose Klarna when booking. When I went in later in the evening to book a new appointment, all the dates were crossed out. So there were no appointments to book that week or any week ahead of the whole year . I'm trying to book again after a few days when I thought there might be something technically wrong but no dates then either. When I contact the owner, she says that there were no times when the hairdresser "was on vacation" and that I have contacted me too late to get a new appointment or my money back. The invoice also remains in my Klarna account. Extremely bad treatment and irresponsible.
