I don't even want to review with a star!! Avoid this processor. I'm light and have bright brows naturally. I got cold dark gray brows and a very ugly shape on the brows. They are different at the front and she has tattooed too tightly so it has healed into two sausages that are also too big for my face. You have to paint them in the war so it doesn't look too bad. I've had a lot of nasty comments about my brows. I've probably spent $7,000 with her that I'll never get back again. Now I'm going to go laser away her terrible job on me. I might add that I have contacted her a number of times about being very dissatisfied and why I am. One answer I've received and that's that it's me that's wrong and that it's because I've used a face cream. She doesn't take the slightest responsibility. Avoid!!
