It took me a few months of energy to write this. But I feel that I have to tell you to warn women out there. I did egg freezing at Eliva even though I was told that the Region had terminated the agreement with them due to quality of care, patient safety and incorrect billing. Big mistake.

2. I have asked for a receipt statement for my purchases. It has been forgotten and made wrong and I have been met with their irritation with the administration.

3. I asked to go for an ultrasound with a different person than the one I got as she made me feel uncomfortable. They say they're swapping me for someone else, but when I got there, I ended up getting her again anyway. They also questioned why I wanted to change. Then I got her 3 times anyway.

4. They forgot to prescribe the last and MOST important syringe for me straight into a weekend where I couldn't reach them. I panicked but luckily it was solved in another way. But if I hadn't taken this injection in time, my process with all my weeks of injections would have gone to nothing.

5. When I converse with the owner by email to get emergency help, I also tell them about the mistakes they made and the bad experience. She only answers the question of care briefly but is not interested in feedback. There was no interest in understanding what had happened or how the clinic should be improved.

6. I had an unsuccessful egg picking. But my values were perfect and the midwife had said that I would get a lot of eggs out (only positivity and hype). But then I didn't get any information after the failure about why it turned out the way it did or any examination at all. I had to call them several times and they didn't let me (refused) talk to a doctor because "she never has time".

7. After the egg retrieval, the doctor and nurse had said that I needed to take an injection every day until I get my period. My whole cycle, body and everything during the process was disturbed. But the woman on the phone told me to just follow the prescription instructions and couldn't answer why I'm taking the shots and what they do. One had said that I would take the injections "until my period stops" and another had said "14 days regardless". She ended up saying: Is this about you not wanting to take the shot?
