Love Max Mara. An amazing fashion house as long as you are happy with the product. Have just tried to return a coat, clear and obvious defect of the store's alarm. A simple return? No! Max Mara Stockholm thinks I should wait a few weeks (?!) to get the return possibly approved. As long as I get to be out there with the money for a product I can not use. So here's a little warning: ask to look at the product after the retail staff alerted of it!
