The 6/6-17 was my mom who is 75 years old, on this square. Hungry like a Wolf, she ordered a salmon plank for $139 When she and her company on 4 people, got into the food after an hour, so was the salmon burnt and dry and potatismoset burned. She told the waitress that she thought that the food was not good. The waitress was friendly and offered mom meat instead because the fish was finished (?). Mom eats no meat and declined it and had to eat the food because she was so hungry. Her one company refused to eat his salmon that was the worst he had eaten, so he ate nothing at all instead. When my mom talked to the staff (a guy) who stood and took charge as she said that she did not think that she would pay for the food, when he shouted at her that she certainly would pay. She felt that she did not want to cause a scene, so she paid for something she didn't get the change to something equally and that it was the most disgusting she ate. When she walked out of the restaurant, it was packed with people on the outside terrace, and this disrespectful man that monetized followed mom right out on the street and screaming at the same time behind her back that she certainly never got to get there and that she was ported in the face of all people! FY hell for treating their guests in this way! My mom and everyone else has the right to complain about the food if it's not okay! And you can not solve the problem, compromising! She could have gotten food for half the price at least! My mom has never felt so extradited and treated disrespectfully. Obnoxious staff!!!
