I visited Café Vltava recently and unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations, especially compared to my previous experiences from a few years back. I was very disappointed with the food, which was far from the quality I remember. The flavors were dull and the dishes didn't seem to be prepared with the same care as before.
The service was also under all criticism. The staff seemed uninterested and were not very helpful or friendly, which contributed to an unpleasant experience. The environment also felt run-down and not as welcoming as before.
I paid 353 SEK for my meal, which I didn't feel was worth the money considering the overall experience. It's a real shame to see how Café Moldau has changed for the worse. I really hope they can return to their previous standard and give their guests the great experience they were once known for.
