I recently visited this salon for a full head balayage, toner, haircut, and blow dry. I spent a good 10 minutes discussing exactly what I wanted with my stylist, Natasha, and showed her pictures for reference. Despite this, the results were nothing close to what I requested. I wanted my natural color throughout my blonde ends to reduce maintenance, but Natasha did my roots and ends so dark, and I was left with awkward "money pieces" that were about 1cm thick, leading to a sharp, unflattering contrast to the very dark roots that didn't match my natural color at all.
Additionally, I was charged an extra £25 for products without any prior notice, despite already paying full price for the service and helping them with content! This hidden fee was both unexpected and unprofessional.
I asked for a layered haircut, but the layers are so sharp and blunt that it looks amateurish and choppy. This completely ruined the look I was going for.
As if the hair disaster wasn't enough, I was offered a makeup service by another stylist who was not even qualified. He used my makeup and another stylist's products, which resulted in an absolutely horrendous look. I genuinely thought it was a prank when everyone commented on how "beautiful" I looked. To top it off, I was charged £75 for this atrocity, supposedly discounted from £100. Charging for a service done by an unqualified person using my own products is beyond ridiculous.
I reached out to Natasha to express my concerns, but she has ignored me for three days on two different occasions. Now, I am £310 out of pocket and have to pay another stylist to fix the mess they made.
This experience was beyond disappointing and frustrating. I will NEVER return to this salon and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
