Total Disaster and under all criticism. Wished I had read the reviews on Google before I handed in my bag there.
From handing in until the bag was ready, new leather straps had to be put on, so it took 3 months! I got 5!!! times go into the store, ask if my bag was ready, get the answer oh no, I haven't had time, come back in 2 days, go back and then get the same answer again. When I got tired and told him that now the bag must actually be finished, it has been too long, he said that I should have asked for express repair if it was urgent. Nor did he offer any kind of discount on the work, as he has apparently forgotten several times to finish it. Finally got 20% at work. But oh, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, I set foot there again.
