Worst restaurant experience ever in Stockholm. In the hot dog door, they forgot about our order and also said that all food must be ordered inside. Went there and they say the food is ordered in the hatch. How are they going to have it?
Then learns that you have to order with a QR code only though you are there and three members of the staff just stand. They say that if it doesn't fit, there are other restaurants in Stockholm.
Order via QR and must provide phone and email. Why so much for just ordering a sandwich? Not customer-friendly.
With the food, I go to the bar where pitchers of water are located and glasses. They say it's forbidden to take from there?! They're there and it's poured up. Is this a prison?
Takes water and goes out. The sausage they forgot to cook, they say, now takes ten minutes. Boiled sausage?! This was lunchtime, then you have that sort of thing ready. Goes without sausages and eats the food.
Ketchup comes in small bags and the sandwich is monotonous and rather tasteless.
