The tone became warm instead of cold where it should be the brightest, the bangs were never cut, the hair became much shorter than I wanted and shorter at the back which I did not ask for. The hair was also thinned out at the ends which is a disaster for curly hair, will look weird with my natural hair. Regarding the service, everyone except me got tea/coffee, the regular hairdresser Annelie was nice to her own customers but snotty to me, among other things she thought it was my shirt's fault that I got bleach on it? Never received such a comment before, very unprofessional. This mixed with the fact that the visit took almost 2 hours on the allotted time so I missed my first train and almost my second, the whole visit took almost 7 hours because the poor student had to ask several times before she got help. Had to stop in the middle of the curling as I was about to miss my second train so walked out of the salon with half curled and half straightened hair. Found the ad via a Facebook group where this student needed a model, it said that the haircut is free and that you only pay for the material, once at the checkout I found out that it was only 25% discount (???) so the price landed at 2227 SEK, have done my hair once before at a student in östermalm where I paid 700 SEK. You can get a better discount with regular staff so I feel cheated, to say the least. Treating a customer like this is beneath all criticism. My hair looks like I've bleached it myself. Directing all these words at the owner, absolutely nothing at the student who bleached hair for the first time.
