🍷 Bar el Guiri – A Spanish gem in the heart of the city, Bar el Guiri is like sneaking into a tapas bar in Madrid – complete with a great atmosphere, wonderful small dishes but also good pizzas and a wine selection that makes me say "una copa más, por favör". I love the feeling here – it's relaxed but classy, like being at a friend's house who happens to be very good at tapas. Wine? Pearlish and perfect. A hot tip: sit by the window, order some goodies, and feel how everyday life just... Disappears.
Service? Well, here they probably need to work a little on getting the staff to be more responsive... I had to wave and wave to get the service's attention. It became comical when I turned around and saw that the man at the table behind had to resort to the same tactic to order another glass of wine!
