In 2024
Hasselsson have made a name for themselves with their fish and shellfish-based street food, which has several branches in Gothenburg and one in Stockholm. They're now planning a “Hasselsson 2.0” on Drottninggatan. The new Hasselsson has an open kitchen and pared-back interiors that reflect the harbour and the city's fishing culture. Seating is available both inside and outside, as well as at the bar counter.

Winter 2023/2024
Wine Mechanics describe themselves as an urban and modern winery that uses grapes from some of Europe's top vineyards. 48 hours after the grapes are picked, they reach the winery in Gamlestaden where they immediately start crushing, pressing and fermenting the grapes into wine. Enjoy the wines in the bar in Saluhallen indoor food hall, along with paired dishes.

Autumn 2023
Having run pop-ups with pasta evenings at Folk, Wine Mechanics and Ma Cuisine, in autumn 2023 it was time for Faccia Grassa to get their own permanent address. They describe themselves as "A ravioleria somewhere between idea and reality".

Spanish flavours take centre stage at Bar el Guiri. The restaurant consists of four sub-concepts including a pintxos bar, a classic restaurant with an open kitchen, an ice cream parlour serving ice cream, churros and coffee, and an upstairs lounge.
