At Bites Premium Cookies you can order homemade cookies with delicious fillings and toppings that come out in limited editions every week. The cookies are baked by hand by chef Giovanni and delivered to your door the same day.

Bites Premium Cookies is run by Giovanni De Leo, an experienced chef who has worked in famous restaurants around Europe but who also has a great passion for pastries. When he discovered how difficult it was to find really good cookies in Gothenburg, it inspired him to start Bites, where he now bakes all the cookies by hand on a small scale with fine ingredients such as real butter and Belgian chocolate. These are no little biscuits baked in the oven, instead they're luxurious cookies with homemade fillings and toppings that constantly vary.

Every Wednesday a new batch of cookies is released in limited edition and they sell out quickly, so it's important to keep an eye on the website and order your favourites in time. Otherwise, just wait until next week when the next load arrives. Cookies are shipped the same day they're baked and delivered to your door up to 20 kilometres from Hisings Backa, but a solution can also be found for longer distances. Companies can order cookies to the workplace and choose the quantity, flavours and delivery day themselves.
