Två Feta Grisar in Ringön brews almost every kind of beer you can imagine. Try the locally-produced beer, join a beer tasting session or have something to eat in The Two Fat Pigs restaurant, which uses and re-uses brewery products in their cooking.
The name - which means Two Fat Pigs - comes from two pigs that used to rootle happily outside the brewery's original premises. It all began when a few beer enthusiasts from Hisingen decided to increase their own production to a larger scale. That was in 2013, and since then the brewery has moved to Ringön and grown to include a brewery with a taproom, the Two Fat Pigs restaurant and two outdoor dining areas that are open when the weather allows. Premises are decorated in industrial style with concrete floors and walls, industrial lamps and corrugated iron elements.
The brewery serves all kinds of beers - from stout and porter to wheat beer and fruit beer. You can taste the beers in the brewery pub with its outdoor area. You can also buy a tasting tray with four beers, join one of their popular beer tastings that take place a few times a week or book a private beer tasting.
Food served in the restaurant is made from scratch from quality ingredients. You can eat in the restaurant, the brewery pub and outside at lunch and dinner. Thanks to the proximity to the brewery they can use and reuse their own products in the food. The menu includes flavours from all over the world and their signature dishes include smash burgers, moules frites and stoffvlees, a Belgian beef stew. Pair your food with one of their own-brewed beers or another European beer, or a glass of wine or cocktail.

Vi var på Beer makers dinner, 5-rätter med 5 olika öl/stilar till de olika rätterna. Upplevelse utöver det vanliga man annars får på andra ställen. Tillsammans med restaurangchefen som dessutom är kökschef tog oss igenom den laotiska matkulturen.
