The worst experience ever!! Bought a jacket and realised that it was not warm enough. Tried to take it back the next day and was laughed at by the store manager Hugo . He was rude and unhelpful. This shop is all about taking your money. They have no interest in customer satisfaction. They have a no money back policy. I will never go back!!!
