This massage and exercise studio in Krokslätt offers treatments, movement coaching, group training, workshops and events. The place to go for anyone who wants to prevent injuries and build a stronger and more flexible body.
LB Movement is run by Lovisa Baldal, who works broadly with dance, martial arts, riding, massage and rehabilitation. She's a professional dancer and trained massage therapist and FRC Movement Specialist. In one part of the studio you can book a time for a deep classic massage, which is tailormade to your individual needs and, together with coaching and exercises, can help you find your way to pain-free, strong and flexible body.
Group training, pregnancy classes and movement coaching take place in the large studio room. There's a wall bar, pilates ball, yoga mats, resistance bands and other tools to help you work with your body.
Lovisa Baldal also holds talks and workshops and for large corporate groups she can come out to your workplace.
