The kitchen works primarily with local ingredients. Every day they serve a daily lunch special, including a salad buffet, coffee and cake. Later on in the week their à la carte menu comes out, with dishes such as lobster roll served in brioche bread, steak tartare, gratinated crayfish or pizza. On Sunday they lay out a brunch buffet with masses of goodies.
