Wow what a place! What food, flavor explosions for every dish I tasted. Other than that, it was a very affordable one. And everyone can find something. The food was beautifully presented and there was a simplicity and luxury at the same time, which lifted the experience even more.

However, one thing that was a bit sad (even though this is a wine bar) was a lack of selection of non-alcoholic alternatives. If Alba brings in some "Sparkling Tea", a red/white/bubbly alternative or blueberry juice/Björksavs, this would be one of my best restaurants right now in Gothenburg.

Everyone in the party wanted to change a starter in the tasting menu. Then we were questioned twice about how and why, which I find strange. Incredibly poor service, you have to stand up and grab someone from the staff to get a refill on your glasses. Directly arrogant and unfriendly staff, served the food without any presentation when we asked "what is this?!" We were replied with "what you ordered" incredibly to manage a restaurant this way. The food was good, small dishes. But nothing special and nothing worth the environment.
