Brisket & Friends is a Texas-inspired BBQ restaurant specialising in brisket, which they smoke for several hours. Anyone who enjoys artisan food, BBQ, meat and carefully selected beers should drop by for a serious flavour experience. The first Brisket & Friends opened in Stockholm in 2016 by Ludvig Åström and Niklas Elshazly.
Pick and mix from the different meat cuts, such as pulled pork, pork ribs, pulled beef and, naturally, brisket, giving you the chance to try a little of everything. Accompany your meal with an American or local beer from a constantly changing selection. The menu also includes vegetarian mains and sides such as coleslaw, mac and cheese and roast sweetcorn dip. The food, as well as the warm, friendly hospitality, is inspired by the American South.
