Gothenburg meets Vietnam at Cơm, a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that aims to showcase the simplicity and breadth of Vietnamese cuisine, with a menu that goes far beyond the usual noodles and soups. 

You may already have dipped a toe into the world of Vietnamese cuisine in the form of phở and spring rolls. And sure, you'll find those on the menu here - but Cơm offers a lot more than that. They've created a meeting place where you can hang out, eat and discover Vietnamese culture and the simplicity you'll find on the streets of Vietnam. The decor also transports you to the southeast Asian country, with miniature mopeds, lemon trees and rice-hat decorations. 

Vietnamese flavours take centre stage at both lunch and dinner. Every weekday they serve a lunch with two options, one meat and one that's vegetarian or even vegan. But don't get too stuck on the menu, sometimes the chefs just cook up whatever they feel like that day. At dinnertime the menu expands with several options in the form of small and larger dishes such as spring rolls, noodles, bánh mì and wontons for meat-eaters as well as vegetarians and vegans. Round off your meal with something sweet or a cà phê sữa đá – a cup of sweet Vietnamese iced coffee.
