Last weekend during "Halloween at Liseberg," when my train was quite late, I thought this cool place could be a good spot to grab some quick bites and pass the time + fill my stomach. The place is actually really nice and is very conveniently located right by the platforms; yes, it took no more than about 5 minutes to find when I was heading to my train! 3 out of 5!
The meat was one of the best rare-cooked meats I've had, and the sauce was really deliciously rich! 4.5 out of 5!
So how the heck can my review end up being "this was not good"/⭐️⭐️? Well, I was quite annoyed that when I asked if I could skip the fries and instead get a salad, I initially got a stammering no. Then the person realized that there was salad that came with the dish... oh, how nice, I thought, and was satisfied with the answer! Waiting for the food felt unnecessarily long, 20 minutes, considering there weren't many dining guests (more drinking). When the food arrived, I was a bit irritated that I got a small side salad AND the fries. Why not give me a bigger portion of salad🥗 and skip the fries (to avoid food waste since I didn't eat the fries)?! 3 out of 5!
Small details can be praised to the skies but can also bring you down faster than Icarus fell when he flew too close to the sun! In this case, it was the latter. Do better, I will give it another chance🙂

Mycket mysigt ställe med god mat och en del trevlig personal. Hade en mycket trevlig AW där igår med härliga föredetta kollegor med mycket minnen och goa skratt. Dock grumlades detta något då vi ville beställa drink som vi spetsat in oss på och svaret blev att vi har inte tid att blanda drinkar ikväll? Hörde även att någon ville beställa öl till AW pris en minut innan det slutade gälla och blev nekade det priset varpå de vände på klacken och gick utan öl. Toaletten är en annan sak som drar ner tyvärr, det finns bara en där det är automatisk låsning vilket medför långa köer och stor osäkerhet om det är upptaget eller ej då det inte gick att se från utsidan. När jag själv var där kom någon och drog i dörren och när det inte gick att öppna så kom personalen i baren och knackade och skrek ” hallå är det någon därinne” Hoppas detta blir bättre framöver då stället och maten var kanon. Bättre att hålla AW- priser fem minuter längre än att klippa en minut tidigare Och drinkar är väldigt trevlig att kunna beställa. Fanns ju en väldigt trevlig lista på drinkar?
