Innovative sharing plates with Asian influences 

Miss Miso on Aschebergsgatan 26 is run by the restaurateurs from Michelin-starred Project. Guests are invited to embark on a modern Asian gastronomic journey with innovative appetisers such as Korean chicken on the menu.

In the spring of 2025, Project's restaurateurs, Cameron and Anna Irving, opened the doors to Miss Miso on Aschebergsgatan, a modern Asian restaurant with a slightly more relaxed atmosphere right near Vasaparken in the middle of Gothenburg. They invite you to an intimate, vibrant environment with Japanese influences and an open kitchen where innovative dishes are prepared with fine ingredients. The menu contains a variety of flavours inspired by Asian cuisine, including their signature dish Korean fried chicken and other well-prepared small plates perfect for sharing around the table.

Visit Miss Miso, which is named after the Japanese soy paste, for a relaxed meal, a lively dinner or to have a beer or a cocktail with an Asian twist. Sake is also on the menu if you want to drink the Japanese rice wine with your food. Places book up quickly during the weekends, but there are also some tables set aside for drop-ins if you want to be a little more spontaneous.
