Paradiset Mariaplan

Paradiset began in an old open-air swimming park, called Paradiset, on the island of Saltholmen. There's now a second restaurant on Mariaplan in the heart of Majorna. Share pizzas, drink natural wine and enjoy the sunny outdoor serving area.

You'll find Paradiset in Majorna in rustic, comfy premises with wooden floors, rag rugs and bistro furniture. The menu includes oval pizzas inspired by Sicily, served on a tray with scissors so you can cut it up and share with your table. There's everything from classic Margheritas to modern pizzas with toppings such as lardo, hazelnuts, potatoes and wild garlic. You can also choose a vegan pizza, or order a gluten-free base. In addition to the Italian pizzas, they serve Spanish tapas such as boquerones, padrones, frittata, cheeses and charcuterie. "Sharing is caring" is the name of the game here.

If you want something to drink with your meal, there's a wide range of hand-selected natural wines to choose from, as well as sour beers, bubbles and other drinks. Come by whether you want a good dinner, a post-work Friday Spritz or a late weekend lunch with pizza and a refreshing glass of something. Once a week they hold a quiz at Paradiset. The restaurant also boasts a sunny outdoor dining area where you can take a seat and watch the world go by on Mariaplan.
