Paradiset Saltholmen

Saltholmen has long been the go-to place for Gothenburgers looking to spend lazy summer days on the cliffs and swim in the sea, and it's also home to Paradiset - a place for delicious wines, stone-oven baked pizzas and a welcoming atmosphere. You'll find the little coffeehouse that was once named Paradiset - and still is - at the end of the tram line. These days you can sip natural wine here, enjoy small dishes and pizzas and drink a cold beer while you play boules outside. 

The menu consists of top-notch pizzas made with carefully-selected flavours and ingredients. Hazelnuts, rosemary, capers, sardines, pancetta and pecorino are a few examples of toppings, while other options consist of small dishes such as cheese and charcuterie, boquerones, burrata and roasted beetroots. 

Families, groups of friends and colleagues and couples all hang out here. Paradiset is an inviting, welcoming spot at lunch and dinner. Inside the restaurant itself you can take a seat at one of the window tables or in the little bar.
