Internationally inspired burgers made from organic meat served in cosy premises with an open kitchen.
At one end of Andra Långgatan you can eat burgers for both lunch and dinner. The Burger is based on American burger traditions, but the flavour influences are international. Everything in the kitchen is made from scratch and when it comes to the burgers themselves, they're made from organic meat from Sweden.
The airy space, with a clear view into the restaurant's open kitchen, continues upstairs. You can sit in a slightly more secluded way here, making it perfect for a date or a business lunch. If you're looking for more of a pub atmosphere, you can head upstairs.
The restaurant's choice of burgers includes the San Pedro with a Mexican touch, containing homemade guacamole, coriander and jalapeño. If you're an Asian fan, the Goyang burger might work better. Here, the kitchen works with South Korean flavours in the form of kimchi coleslaw and soy-marinated mushrooms. They also offer various snacks such as nachos, nuggets, wings and fries topped with all sorts of goodies. The drinks menu includes beer and wine as well as various non-alcoholic options.
If you'd rather go meat-free, you can swap the meat burger for halloumi, soy steak or mushroom steak. They also have vegan and gluten-free bread and can make burgers with lettuce instead of burger buns.
