If there's one thing better than pizza, it's free pizza—and Fatto a Mano knows it. That's why, to challenge even the sternest critics and pineapple-on-pizza haters, they are offering a special pizza for free to anyone who brings a pineapple to their pizzerias. What's the catch? Honestly, there isn't one

After ten years with Fatto a Mano, Head Pizza Master Antonio Braccio has finally been given the green light to live out his long-term dream of creating a pizza featuring pineapple. Let's just say that he did face some initial resistance from certain team members (mainly the Italians), but everyone on the team is super proud of this new addition to the menu: the Bella Disgrazia, available only until 30 March.

The Bella Disgrazia is topped with black pepper pancetta, mozzarella, and fresh pineapple roasted with chilli. It's also got delicious Ventricina spicy salami, a three-month-aged cured meat, traditionally from the Abruzzo, Lazio, and Molise regions, made with pork cuts, a blend of spices, and red chillies. It's then finished with house-made 'nduja hot honey, a sprinkling of chives, and 24-month-old Parmesan.

Want it vegetarian or vegan? They've got you. The veggie version of their spicy roast pineapple pizza features Fatto's vegan 'nduja, mozzarella, and chives. The cheese can be easily swapped for those wanting a fully vegan option; you just have to let the team know. The vegan 'nduja is made in-house with a blend of sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, green olives, and peppers.

The offer is available for eat-in only, with no catch and no time restrictions. The fresh pineapples collected will be cooked down with chilli for use in the pizzerias, while any excess fruit will be donated to local food banks.

Fatto a Mano has three branches in London: Tower Bridge (opening April 2025), Bethnal Green, Covent Garden, and King's Cross. They also have restaurants in Brighton and Hove.
