Fitzrovia Quarter Wellness Festival: A week of wellness celebrations in the heart of London

Fitzrovia Quarter returns with its Wellness Festival from 11–17 May, coinciding with Mental Health Awareness Week. This year's programme focuses on the power of action, with over 50 activations specifically designed to be completed in just 30 minutes to fit into a standard lunch break.

The festival features exclusive 30-minute rooftop sessions at CREO, ranging from sunrise sound vibrations to F45 circuits and FS8 Pilates. Sessions are either free or £1 (donated to charity), providing a high-impact reset against the Fitzrovia Quarter skyline.

Other festival highlights include:

  • Community Movement: A free Influencer Run Club with Georgia Brown and a free mindful Wellness Walk with wellness advocate and influencer Kirby Anne
  • Immersive Tech: Sound-breathwork at KEF Music Gallery and VO2Max biological testing at Vellio Health
  • Restorative Rituals: £15 B12 shots at REVIV and 30-minute express facials at LAPO
  • Mindful Culture: 'Art Resets' at Eclectic Gallery and laughter therapy at The Cartoon Museum

Whether it's a rooftop reset or a science-backed treatment, every element of the festival offers a practical blueprint for busy Londoners to support their mental wellbeing through movement and self-care.
