It's time for another one of those quirky but fun – and free – events that bring people together and help make London one of the most entertaining cities in the world.

Instead of walking in a circle or undressing, however, the London Hat Walk is all about putting things on – namely, hats. Attendees are invited to put on their finest millinery for the free meetup at Tate Modern, then make their way together to Tower Bridge at a leisurely pace. If you're lacking headgear, you're also welcome to attend as a spectator.

The 2026 London Hat Walk will start at 2pm on Sunday 10 May in front of Tate Modern – follow the Facebook event for more info.
