Battersea Power Station's annual Light Festival returns for its fifth year, bringing a vibrant display of light art to the riverside neighbourhood. The free festival will feature eight striking installations both inside and outside the historic building, created by renowned British and international artists.

Several installations will offer interactive and immersive experiences, such as “In Bloom” by Kumquat Lab, a musical light sculpture that transforms visitor interactions into a harmonious melody, or “Never Ends” by Luigi Console and Valentina November, featuring a horse on a spring that triggers surrounding lights when ridden, creating a magical, fairytale-like scene. Another festival highlight is “Aurora”, an exclusive installation for the building's Turbine Hall A.

To mark the festival's launch, special roaming performances will take place on 23, 25, and 26 January in Power Station Park and along Electric Boulevard. You can find out more about the luminous festival here.
