This Friday, to celebrate National Wine Week, Three Darlings in Chelsea will be hosting their very first Wine Social on the terrace.

For their first Wine Social, Three Darlings will be hosting an evening of seasonally-led plates such as albacore tuna tartare with smashed avocado and salt baked beetroot with burrata, pistachio and nasturtium. Followed by Cornish red mullet with saffron aioli, kalamata olives, and corn-fed chicken with caesar dressing, aged parmesan and fries. However for this particular evening, it is the wine offering which will steal the show.

The main focus will be on the carefully paired wines brought together by Head Sommelier Igor Zaborovskiy, who brings 20 years of experience within the wine industry. What could be better than sampling a variety of wines from around the world, perched in the middle of Chelsea during this rare patch of great English weather.

The evening will close with strawberries and cream soft serve paired with a Loire Valley chenin blanc, or a British cheese selection served alongside a late bottled vintage port. Overall, this event promises to bring together exceptional wines, seasonal cooking, and a relaxed neighbourhood vibe.
