The seasonal dishes revolve around all things cheese, featuring plates such as cheese platters with creative wine pairings and cheese-focused Sunday dinners. All the cheese used in their dishes is locally sourced from British produce, and they're proud to support what they call the revival of British cheese-making while supporting farmers and rural communities.
