They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? But a classic full English is more like a way of life for us Brits. The full English breakfast dates back to the 1300s when it was deemed a luxury enjoyed by only the wealthiest folk and is one of the oldest traditional dishes in English history. It's usually a plate topped with bacon, sausages, eggs, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes, and hash browns, and if you're feeling extra traditional, a portion of black pudding. There are many places to enjoy a fry-up in London, but the market is definitely saturated, so we've handpicked our favourite spots to chow down on a comforting Full Monty. From greasy spoon cafés to historic luxury hot spots, here are the best places to enjoy a breakfast fit for champions in London.
