Paladar in Elephant and Castle isn't strictly a gin bar, but it takes its Latin spirits seriously, including a strong line-up of gins from across South America. There's Brazil's Vitoria Regia in classic, pink and tropical versions, Colombia's oak-aged Dictador range and Peru's citrusy London to Lima.
