This year, London is again gearing up for a fantastic celebration of queer culture and identity throughout June. Pride Month is an annual event that brings together people of all backgrounds to celebrate and support the LGBTQIA+ community. Pride Month in London 2025

Trafalgar Square

The official Pride 2025 parade

The annual Pride in London parade will take place on 5 July. The parade will take participants and spectators from Hyde Park Corner to Whitehall Place via Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square, with stages, stalls, food and drink vendors, and other facilities set up along the route and around Soho. Over 600 LGBTQ+ community groups are expected to march in the parade.

One of London's most iconic nightclubs, the famed Ministry of Sound has been hosting electronic music events for over 30 years. It features four rooms including The Box, which is known for exceptional sound quality and hosts the biggest DJs, and three smaller rooms for emerging artists and labels. A Pride soirée to kick things off

Old Spitalfields Market is marking the start of Pride Month with a free open-air Pride Soirée, curated by Mei-Hui Lui and featuring a vibrant mix of music, dance, and queer performance. The evening will spotlight rising LGBTQIA+ talent including fashion-forward dancer Yos Clark, soulful pianist Douglas Dare, cinematic producer Canty, and Kyoto-based classical dancer Zuiou Shinozuka. Set in the heart of East London, the event promises an uplifting celebration of queer identity, creativity, and community spirit.

Electric Brixton

Huge party venue

Electric Brixton caters to both clubbers and concertgoers with its state-of-the-art equipment and diverse line-ups, ranging from reggaeton to metal. Celebrating equality and inclusivity on the day of the Pride in London parade, they'll be hosting La Leche Pride, the world's biggest circuit party with an awe-inspiring show.

The Clapham Grand

Entertainment all night long

The historic Clapham Grand will be throwing a big Pride after-party on 5 July – two, in fact. Things will kick off with girly pop bangers and Pride classics. There will also be go-go dancers and entertainers, confetti cannons, balloon drops, mass singalongs, and more. Afterwards, Tulisa will treat attendees to a live show, with DJs keeping the party going late into the night. The venue is expecting some gorgeous outfits, so get your best Pride gear on for this one.

Between the Bridges

Daytime brunch party

Partying all night isn't the only way to celebrate Pride in London this year. All-day riverside destination Between the Bridges is hosting a drag brunch to mark the occasion, with drag superstar Kyran Thrax as this year's special guest, plus other fabulous acts. Expect great entertainment and all the booze you can drink, plus food is available from street food vendors.

Colour Factory

Warm up for Pride

Get the Pride party going early in Hackney Wick. The Summer Dykes '25 festival is a pre-Pride event celebrating lesbian, trans, and non-binary art, music, and culture throughout the day. It takes place at the multifaceted Colour Factory, a live music venue, food court, and multi-functional event space that champions inclusivity and cultural diversity.

Reclaiming queer women's spaces

Evolutionary Arts Hackney is hosting a party on 7 June aimed at lesbian, trans, and non-binary people. This spacious and welcoming venue is laying on DJs playing the finest in female-fronted pop, hip-hop, R&B, electro, and queer classics, plus there will be some special guests. If the party gets to be a bit too much, you can take a break with some games or conversation in the chill zone.

Queer identities meet classical music

Classical Pride offers a new way to celebrate. This festival celebrates queer identities in classical music, with a range of events taking place at various venues, fusing drag and classical music and showcasing LGBTQ+ classical music talent. This year's edition of the music festival features a fully-staged opera, as well as a performance by the London Symphony Orchestra.

Walthamstow Trades Hall

An effing good book launch

Lèse Majesté returns to Walthamstow Trades Hall to celebrate the launch of a bold new anthology centring queer and disabled voices. The night promises an unapologetically erotic mix of cabaret, poetry, and spoken word, hosted by Cyro and featuring performances from Carmen Emissions and Major Dom. Expect live readings from the anthology's contributors, an introduction by co-creators George Parker and JP Seabright, and the opportunity to grab a copy of the book.

10k London Walk & Celebration

The West London Queer Project, a non-profit aiming to improve the lives of LGBTQIA+ people in London and beyond, will be kicking off the festivities with the 10k London Walk in aid of motor neurone disease. The walk starts in Lyric Square in Hammersmith, and will be followed by a celebration at The Black Lion.

A grassroots community project in Newham, Forest Gayte Pride aims to give a voice to local LBTQIA+ residents, as well as celebrating and sharing queer culture. Seven Dials Playhouse's celebrated Pride Season showcases a vibrant line-up of LGBTQIA+ artists in the heart of London's West End. Marking a new, artist-led approach for the venue, the season promises a bold and joyful celebration of queer creativity and community.

Uncover queer history

During Pride month or any other time of the year, you can visit the world-famous British Museum and explore its LGBTQ history trail. This permanent activity takes you through the galleries and unveils artefacts related to LGBTQ history, with audio commentary available. Short and longer versions of the trail are available, depending on how much time you can spare.

The London Art Bar

Screening of "Pride"

One week before Pride London, the London Art Bar will host a screening of the 2014 film “Pride”, an award-winning comedy-drama based on the true story of the Lesbians and Gays Support the Miners campaign. The evening will honour the LGBTQ+ community and its rich history of resilience and activism.

Live music

Mama Shelter in Shoreditch is hosting a live music session to celebrate Pride, featuring performances by notable artists from the community, including Anthony Hughes, Maya Law, and RoXXXan. The ticket price includes a welcome cocktail.

Explore London's queer history

The free Docklands museum exploring the importance of the Thames and maritime trade throughout London's history is hosting a number of talks throughout Pride Month. They'll cover a range of topics delving into London's queer history, from queer sailor communities and 18th-century molly houses to present-day lesbian squatters and more. You can also join them for a guided walk through the city's hidden histories.

Inclusive members' club

Home House is celebrating Pride Month with a vibrant programme of events honouring identity, self-expression, and community. Highlights include As I Am: The Spectrum of Self, a powerful short film series profiling LGBTQIA+ members and staff, each paired with a bespoke cocktail inspired by their story, with proceeds going to the trans+ charity Not A Phase. Weekly Pride Fridays will feature sets by queer DJs, culminating in a celebratory Pride Closing Party on 27 June, all reflecting the club's ongoing commitment to inclusion and authentic celebration.

Signature Brew

London Metal Pride

The Signature Brew craft brewery has been involved with alternative music since its beginnings, so it's no wonder its Haggerston branch is hosting a London Metal Pride all-dayer this Pride Month. Headlined by Hawxx and featuring a total of ten bands, the concert will support LGBTQIA+ musicians and charities.

Vagina Museum

Trans talent show and more

The world's first bricks and mortar museum dedicated to the gynaecological anatomy is hosting interesting and inclusive events throughout Pride Month. Participants will be able to explore trans ephemera and co-create trans celebratory art, join other bi+ people in making a Pride flag, attend a sapphic mix & mingle event, wrap up the month with a trans talent show, and more.

The Little Violet Door

Soho's proudest flat share

Celebrate Pride in style at Little Violet Door, just moments from the Golden Square stage. Join them all day for cocktails and bottomless brunch, or book a space for your crew or company to keep the party going. As night falls, Thursday App takes over with an epic LGBTQ+ after party from 8pm until late – glitter, good vibes, and great tunes guaranteed.

Broadwick Soho

Boom, boom, boom, boom

Celebrate Pride with the luxury Broadwick Soho hotel in a space transformed into a joyful, sun-soaked tribute to freedom and self-expression. Inside, enjoy the limited-edition Pride cocktail, Summer of '85, with proceeds supporting Switchboard, the National LGBTQIA+ Support Line. A few rooms are still available, securing you entry to their Pride Party on 22 June – rumour has it the Vengabus is on its way.
