Throughout November, Novikov in Mayfair celebrates the seasonal white truffle with special Truffle Nights every Thursday from 6 to 11pm. Mark truffle season with a special three-course menu at Sale e Pepe showcasing luxurious black and white truffles, each course paired with wines from the renowned Barolo estate, Massolino. The one-off evening in Knightsbridge includes an expert-led tasting by Justin Frisby, Massolino's ambassador, together with Michele Orbolato, Head of Wine at Sale e Pepe. Guests will be guided through each pairing for a truffle-ful culinary experience.

During truffle season, Locatelli at the National Gallery invites diners to explore the world of the white truffle, a delicate speciality that's never cooked, but has inspired some of the most exceptional dishes in Italian cuisine. Umbrian tartufo bianco from San Pietro a Pettine is the star of the show in a four-course tasting menu, designed by Giorgio Locatelli and paired with curated fine wines.
