Relaunched in 2026, Cépage[s] is the old/new HQ of “MasterChef: The Professionals” finalist and later private chef Gaston Savina, who returns to his roots in the same restaurant he first worked at as a chef when arriving in London. The restaurant remains committed to its French fine dining offering, serving small plates and great wines in a compact, simple space with exposed brick walls and white tablecloths.
