Dishoom's Kensington eatery successfully replicates the formula that's been such a hit elsewhere – tasteful furnishings, here inspired by the decadent jazz and Art Deco stylings of 1940s Bombay, and a menu that takes Indian street food mainstays and updates them for a fine dining setting.
