Ekstedt at The Yard is the first restaurant outside Sweden from superstar chef Niklas Ekstedt. This smart venue has seasonal menus and specialises in smoking and cooking over flame. The dining room is earthy and comfortable and the food includes hay-smoked custard with trout roe, smoked Orkney scallop, and slow-roasted pork neck.
