Ember Yard

The Salt Yard Group consistently celebrates all things Spanish and Italian through its selection of exquisite restaurants, and Ember Yard happens to be one of them. Born out of a love for the delicious food and drink found across Spain and Italy, Ember Yard specialises in the wood-fired grills used in cooking throughout these regions.

Head chef Adam Kulikowski has crafted a menu of small and large sharing plates, think grass-fed rib-eye with apricot harissa butter and ham, leek and manchego croquettes with aioli.

Although it's located close to hectic Oxford Circus, once inside you'd never guess. The place is ambient and romantic, which is helped by the dim lighting and moody decor with copper finishes. Many of the tables stand tall with bar stools but make for an intimate experience. Down a set of stairs to the side you'll also find a cosy bar area that serves a selection of wine and a carefully crafted cocktail menu. It's ideal for pre or post-dinner tipples.
