Finding its niche in the overlap between fish fans and game meat aficionados, the evocatively named Fish Game is a new venture by Roberto Costa, the founder of the Macellaio RC steakhouse group. Headed by chef Lello Favuzzi, the restaurant chargrills seafood and venison – mussels, sea bream, rabbit, and more, with the menu changing daily – while the bar pours tequilas and other agave-based spirits.
