Formerly known as Floral by Lima, Lima Cantina is a vibrant Peruvian restaurant that offers a selection of South American staples. A particular highlight is the Pollo a la Brasa, a Peruvian take on rotisserie chicken. The chicken is first marinated in a special blend of Peruvian herbs and spices, then cooked to smoky crispiness in a rotombo, a traditional Peruvian charcoal-rotisserie oven – the first of its kind in the city. The restaurant is available for private hire as well, serving group sharing platters.
