Nakimushi

Rooted in the hyper-popular Urchin and Robin's Ramen residencies at Notting Hill's Supermarket of Dreams, Nakimushi combines the two concepts under one roof – though two distinct spaces. Downstairs is a ramen bar serving Robin Kosuge's signatures such as lobster ramen, while upstairs offers a broader look at hot Japanese cuisine. With restaurateur Chris D'Sylva of Dorian running point, this is already shaping up to be one of the buzziest spots of the year.
