Town is chef Stevie Parle's most ambitious project to date, pioneering a new approach to supply chains in order to serve the finest of British produce. Focused on a whole-carcass butchery approach, Town has its own herd of grass-fed cows in Oxfordshire. Open for lunch and dinner, the West End restaurant brings together great food, great drinks, and great music in a lively, convivial setting with lava-stone countertops, a polished wood bar, and other lavish touches.
