This Kyoto-inspired Michelin Star restaurant in the heart of Mayfair combines the highest-quality cooking with refined Japanese dishes in a stylish, Asian-inspired setting. They are dedicated to using the highest quality indigenous line-caught fish from Cornwall and around the British Isles to craft a menu of sushi, sashimi, fish of the day and other seafood dishes. Executive chef Ryo Kamatsu uses the traditional Japanese method of Ikejime, a 17th-century technique that is said to be the freshest and most humane way to prepare fish for consumption.
